tilapia－鲷鱼，可以把两面煎得金黄然后加水、木瓜花生或节瓜豆腐煮鱼汤，也可以加柠檬片、盐、胡椒粉裹在锡纸里用烤箱烤，新鲜的可以清蒸然
trout－鳟鱼，跟salmon是亲戚，很多种做法
tuna－吞拿鱼、金枪鱼，新鲜的可以生吃，也可以煮熟后拆肉加入沙拉中吃，还可以加生菜丝、美奶滋、番茄片做三文治馅，还可以把熟的tuna罐头鱼肉加入芋泥中做成芋饼然后煎得金黄香脆
whitefish－白鱼，一种海鱼，我通常把姜用油煎香，下鱼块煎一下，然后加酱油、糖、水、葱段煮沸，关火后加点陈醋
squid－乌贼，鱿鱼，弄干净，在里头一面切菱形刀花，然后配合蜜糖豆、胡萝卜片、青椒什么的爆炒，也可以切成鱿鱼圈裹炸粉油炸
scallop-扇贝肉，可以灼熟后跟鸡蛋一起清蒸，也可以配合西兰花胡萝卜片一起清炒
