不可抗力延期履行合同|合同中的不可抗力、延期和仲裁条款

上一节课我们已经把合同的主体部分讲解完了，今天还剩合同的尾部（end）。
尾部包括合同的备注说明，签约双方的签名，有效期，法规依据等内容。比如：this contract shall come into effect after signature by the both parties. this contract is made out in two original copies, one copy to be held by each party.
本合同经双方签字后立即生效。一式两份，双方各执一份。
通常，在签字的时候，不仅要有打印的字体，双方还要有手写体的签名。
合同翻译中还有一些常用的词组，这些词组和我们平时所用的有些不同，看以下例子：
1. 尽管(despite, in spite of)：在合同中我们通常使用notwithstanding
2. 依据：according to; in accordance with; under; subject to; as provided in; …
3. 鉴于：hereof; hereto; herein; hereby; hereinafter; hereunder; whereby; whereas; …
4. 因为：because of; on account of; due to; attribute to; by virtue of; …
5. 保证：undertake to; represent and warrant; guarantee; warrant; …
6. 有义务做：be obliged to do sth.; have the obligation to do sth.; shall; be responsible / liable for
7. 完成：effect;…
此外，对于合同的翻译，还要注意：1. 词序变化较大，尤其是状语的变化；2. 使用短语代替从句，是结构紧凑；3. 善于使用被动语态；4. 使用否定前提来强调。
