非先锋攀登。爬顶绳不叫following。
free climbin
攀登过程中只使用手、脚和自然支点。绳子和保护器械只用于保护，而不借用。
free solo
完全不用绳子保护徒手攀登。
friend
凸轮原理保护装置的传统名称。现在也可称为camalots,tcu""s,quads,aliens,big dudes 等等。
