soa 2006年11月的考试可以在线报名了，但需要信用卡支持（详情参见soa官方网站或直接点击http:///ccm/content/exams-education-jobs/exam-registration/exam-online-registration/）。考生可以到中行、工行、招行等银行办理可以做境外无卡支付的信用卡。如果来不及办理信用卡，或办理不了信用卡的考生可以按照原有的方式报考。本站有秋季p/fm/m/c的折扣报名表，需要的考生可以发邮件给我（不论是否参加集体报名）我们已经核实，在线报名是不针对折扣考生的
